For an aspirant, interviews do need preparation particularly the HR questions. Also need to prepare in-depth about one’s hobbies and some other things to show your interest in analytics(maybe stats/maths/coding). Need to give mock interviews to learn how to direct one’s answers to one’s strengths and how to handle difficult questions. Also need to be thorough with everything one writes in the application form. |

Just fumbled a bit and tried to provide extra details on the second question which should’ve been avoided. In the end, I said I don’t get enough time for snooker so I don’t have another hobby. The panelist smiled and asked the IIT-KGP panelist to take over. |
